Greetings,
Earlier
this month, the CSAmerica Fall Summit 2007 was held in Chicago. Students from seventeen colleges and
universities attended this inaugural event that focused political issues in America's
heartland.
And
we're just getting started. Coming next semester, CSAmerica will host our
second National Convention in Washington,
D.C. and will roll out Engage
'08, a national voter education initiative.
From all of us at CSAmerica, best of luck on your final examinations and have a
wonderful holiday season. |

CSAmerica Fall Summit 2007 Chicago
The Collegiate Society held its inaugural CSAmerica Fall Summit in Chicago
November 2-4. 72 students from 17
colleges and universities attended the three-day non-partisan political debate
conference.
Students
attending the Fall Summit had the opportunity to participate in seven
debates ranging from what to do with Iran to the death penalty. The
debates were conducted in the participation-friendly CSAmerica debate
format, which encourages attendees to participate in the debate. There
were also several informal discussions, or dialogue sessions, including
one on the upcoming primary elections. Additionally, the Summit
featured a mock trial, quiz bowl, and a crisis simulation. More
information about the Fall Summit including debate and discussion
topics, results, Outstanding Orator Award winners, and pictures from
the event can be found online at http://www.csamerica.org/events/fs07/.

next semester. We will help you and make it easy. We even have a Spring 2008
